Saint Nicholas Day

All who love Saint Nicholas,
All who serve Saint Nicholas,
For these Saint Nicholas
Comes to help in their needs
Saint Nicholas!

All those, all who come to Him
All those on the land and sea
He protects them from disasters,
He keeps from the sin apart.
Saint Nicholas!

All those, all who come to Him
Asking for help in their needs
He'll protect from evil
He'll save souls and bodies
Saint Nicholas!

His image is our salvation
And the one's protection from evil
Don't allow to  perish,
Fall into the enemies' hands.
Saint Nicholas!

Answer sheets for ZNO

To get high-level grades in ZNO exams you should train not only for your knowledge but also for time management skills. One of the strategies is to pretend you are at a real exam: set the needed time and use even the answer sheets to complete them when you consider your answers are worthy to be put there. This strategy is used to minimize stress at your real-life exam.

Cambridge Assessment Project for English Teachers Webinar Series

2021-2022 academic year is the end of primary school section for the New Ukrainian School (NUS) Reform launched by the Ministry of Education and Science in Ukraine. As assessment plays an important role in the process of teaching and learning, Cambridge Assessment English have been in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science to launch the "Cambridge Assessment Project for English Teachers" in Ukraine.

The project consists of a series of webinars for Ukrainian teachers in order to cover the principles of international assessment standards, The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and using Cambridge English Qualifications as a tool to reach the highest standards in education.

Cambridge Assessment English was involved in the early development of CEFR and all of our examinations are aligned with the levels described within the framework. Each of the qualifications target a particular level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and provides a clear focus for study programmes. The topics and tasks in the exams are designed to reinforce the learning your students do in class, and to have a positive impact on teaching and learning.

Proofreading Marks

Very often pupils when get marks with all mistakes corrected do not pay attention to them.

Proofreading marks or editing symbols are the keys to the autonomy of learners to get the awareness of their mistakes in writing pieces. They can be used by teachers for this purpose.

Some tables below are to give examples of proofreading marks. If you, the learner, find in your copybook some of them then try to interpret them and correct the mistakes on your own. It'll be a great deal to your learning!
