An Art Workshop just for Soul

A great and thoughtful workshop in Art gathered us together today. Everybody and I apart were delighted to practice painting autumn scenery. Birches inspire me a lot at any time of the year, in every season and autumn especially. They are so gracious! At the end of the seminar, we had the result of not only a picture but a feeling of confidence and peace. Thanks to all my colleagues! It was fabulous!
Some photos from the workshop to illustrate our satisfaction are below.

Sunflowers always face the Sun

To continue yesterday's topic, I'd like to present the next wall painting. It's in our school hall and gives the message: "Be always on the way of seeking beauty like the sunflower always turns to the Sun"!

Murals just for pleasure

There are many ways of spending free time and each person finds it's own path to get comfort. What I  love doing is painting. It's not by chance I posted it in the area of just for the soul. Beauty is the way we both express our feelings and get peace, relief, and comfort for our souls. I often follow the idea: "do what you love and love what you do". And when it's possible to put two ingredients - work and pleasure- together, you feel happy and live the quotation previously said.

Congratulations on First Day of School

Some days before the school year beginning we prayed the God to give you wisdom. Now is your turn to study obstinately. You should be hardworking and you'll reach high results. Be friendly and help each other! You'll have lots of friends.

On this special day - knowledge day - I wish all the 5th formers a great beginning. It's a new important step in your life. I want you always to keep bright smiles on your faces. The classroom without you was lifeless. Thank you for filling the class and not only but the whole school with joy and precious curiosity. I hope that we are ready to overcome all the troubles of the learning process and make it fun. You need a lot of success, persistence, and desire. I wish you all these. Let's get the top!
                            Good, better, best.
                            Never let it rest.
                             'til your good is better
                             and your better best.

Summer Camp. Glass Door Day

Entertainment and much joy crowned the day when pupils did their best not to be shy and sing the songs they had chosen by themselves for the Talent Show. Some of them were eagerly interested in the preparing for  the show while others were creative when chose the theme or the tune. They didn't have much time for preparing. Nevertheless, they succeed. Some of the pupils were proud to be on the stage and overcome the fear or uncertainty. The most surprising things were the results. All the time the contestants were enthusiastic to see what is going to happen in the end.
Many thanks to the Martynenko brother and sister. They were so keen on the event that asked their Mum to take on the role in the 'The Lion and the Mouse' play. They were superb!
I wish everyone much success. And a piece of advice ~ to reach anything it is necessary firstly to do something!
Enjoy the videos from the event!

Getting ready for the open lesson. Trying on the costumes

The open lesson I've presented today was a real challenge for me but a nice experience! These photos represent costumes I've used for a better pupils' motivation. It's pity I didn't manage to take photos of their smiles while wearing these costumes. These joyful children are only in my memories now.
